How to Set up Online Payments with IPAY Africa?

Learn how to enable online payments for businesses in Kenya and Uganda

⚠️ Note that IPAY88 Online payments are only available for businesses in Kenya & Uganda


DizLog allows you to accept online payments from customers.

To start accepting online payments, simply follow these easy steps:


💻 DizLog Web App:

  1. On the left pane, under Settings, click on "POS Settings"

  2. Select "Payment Methods"

  3. On the right side, you will see available payment options based on your country

    1. For other payment methods, click the methods below

  4. For IPAY Africa - click on "Activate" next to DizLog Payment

  5. Add the following details:

    1. Registered Company name. You can use your name if you don't have a registered company.

    2. Business Registration Number. You can use your national ID number if you don't have a registered company.

    3. Estimated monthly revenue.

    4. Bank Name.

    5. Bank Account Number.

  6. Click "Update" once done.

💡 You will know if the registration pushed through if it shows Active on your DizLog Payment screen.


📱 From DizLog Mobile App

  1. From POS Tool, tap More then go to Business Settings

  2. Select Payment Method

  3. Business Settings, click on "Payment Methods"

  4. For IPAY88 - click on "Manage" next to DizLog Payment

  1. you will see available payment options based on your country

    1. For other payment methods, click the methods below

  2. Select IPAY Africa

  3. Business Settings, click on "Payment Methods"

  4. For IPAY88 - click on "Manage" next to DizLog Payment

    1. Registered Company name. You can use your name if you don't have a registered company.

    2. Business Registration Number. You can use your national ID number if you don't have a registered company.

    3. Estimated monthly revenue.

    4. Bank Name.

    5. Bank Account Number.

  5. Click Update once Done.
