How to Sell Any Product with DizLog Online Store?

With the worldwide developments in the digital world, your business will need to adapt to these changes in order to continue to expand.

That's why we established this feature to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in setting up a ready-to-launch online store on Dizlog App that anybody can use.

Follow the steps:


1. Set-up Inventory

What's an online store when there is nothing to buy? The first thing to do is to add a product/services. This is the list of where your customer can choose what they would like to buy or book from.

To start creating an Inventory:

  1. Choose the "📦 Manage Stocks" option from the left pane under Stock Inventory/ Catalog Mgmt.

  2. From the Inventory Type list, tap on your selection.

    1. F&B SERVICES: If you are a restaurant, a cafe, or a food house offering food and beverage items.

    2. GOODS: If you have a retail or online store selling grocery, convenience store or clothing items.

    3. OPERATIONS SUPPLIES: are items you need in order to operate your shop, these are not items for sale. (ex. If you are running a restaurant and you use oil to cook, this oil will be tagged as operational supplies and won’t be sold on your shop)

    4. SERVICES: If you are offering consultancy, professional or service businesses such as dental and physician clinic services, salons, laundromats and other shop repair services.

    5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS: These items are frequently available as downloadable or streamable digital files, such as MP3s, PDFs, movies, plug-ins, and templates.

    6. RENTAL SERVICES: if you are operate with users paying a fee in exchange for hourly, daily or weekly use of a rental item

  3. Once you selected an Inventory type, it's time to add an Inventory Category. These categories help in organizing the inventory items you have.

  4. After organizing your Inventory with those categories, let's add the products/services that you will sell/offer.

  1. Need to add multiple VARIANTs?

    1. Sizes, colors, weight, and other parameters may be included if your items have various features. To learn more, read this article.

  2. Make your products more appealing by using photos from our STOCK IMAGES.

    1. You don't have to waste time looking for high-quality images for your products. The app can provide you with a variety of photographs that you may use.


2. Create your Online Store URL

You've finished your inventory and are ready to sell it to a customer. DizLog allows businesses to show their catalogs online without the hassle of creating a new website to market and sell their products or services through My eStore.

To start setting up your online store:

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "eStore Domain" from the options

  3. You have 3 options to choose from:

    1. Option 1:Use Default Domain

      1. default domain is your shop name together with DizLog's domain

    2. Option 2:Create New Domain

      1. Search and buy a new domain for your online store

        1. Click on "Buy New Domain" button next to the option 2

        2. On the next page, enter the domain that you would like and hit Search

        3. You will be given a list of domains and click "Buy" button next to the domain you have selected to own it.

    3. Option 3:Transfer Existing Domain

      1. Share existing domain name and support team will help to configure.

        1. Click on "Set Up" button next to the option 3

        2. Enter the existing domain name and click "Connect" button

        3. Wait for support team to contact you to finish transfer.

Check your online store view by:
Copy and paste the URL to your web browser's address bar.

3. Customize your Shipping Methods

One of the major problem in online business is shipping. But, with DizLog, we'll help you manage this with ease.

You can have the option to have it picked up from your location or have it delivered through In-house Delivery or Third Party Delivery.

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "Shipping Methods" from the options

  3. Choose from the following methods:


4. Set-Up Payment Options

Checkout screen has three modes of payment – Cash, Online and Credit.

  • Cash – when sale is paid through cash

  • Online – when sale is paid through available online payment channels

  • Pay Later – when sale is made through credit terms

To Set-up Payment Options:

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "eStore Payment Methods" from the options

  3. On the right side, you will see available payment options based on your country

  4. Follow the steps based on your preferred payment gateway.

  5. Once you have completely set it up, the option will now be available on your Online store upon customer's checkout.


5. Start Selling!

You now have an online store and can start selling your products or services. With DizLog, we want business to grow and increase your sales.

You can share your online store’s URL through your social media accounts, SMS, email or through any messaging application installed in your device.

To Share Your Online Store

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "eStore Domain" from the options

  3. Paste the URL into your social media accounts or any other platforms you use to promote your online business.

💡 You can also directly share, simply tap on the Share link button, and select the application you want to use to share your online store’s URL.

Alternatively, you can also go to your online store and click "Share eStore Link" at the upper right part and choose the platform where you would like to share your online store.
