With DizLog Loyalty Program We can encourage customers to return to our business and make Repeat purchases. This program offers Rewards and incentives to customers who make purchases or engage with our Business in certain ways.
The Rewards offered through DizLog Loyalty Program:
Points: Customers can earn points for each purchase they make, which can then be redeemed for rewards such as discounts, free products, or exclusive access to certain events or experiences.
Discounts: Loyalty program members may receive exclusive discounts on products or services, either as a percentage off the regular price or as a set dollar amount.

2 Types of Loyalty Programs
Gain Point/s from Total Spent - Customer gain point/s for a certain amount of money they spend in single transaction.
Gain point/s from from buying an item - Customer gain point/s by purchasing item or any item in Category.

How to Create Loyalty Programs?
1. From the Left pane Go to Settings Click Loyalty Programs.
2. DizLog have 2 types of Loyalty Program, you can create Loyalty Program for your Customer between:
a. Gain point(s) from total spent - Customer's gain point(s) for a certain amount of money they spend in single transaction.
b. Gain point(s) from buying an item - Customers gain point(s) by purchasing specific item or any item in category.
Steps on how to Create a Loyalty Program.
a. Gain point(s) from total spent
Click Create Program :
Choose Gain point(s) from total spent.
Enter a customized name for your Loyalty Program.
Enter a prefer amount customer will spent to gain a points in equivalent.
Example below: Spend 300 and gain 5 points.
Click Create.
When a customer is added to the system and customer bought any items with a minimum spent of 300 the customer will earn 5 points.
In every 300 spent customer can gain 5 points.
b. Gain point(s) from buying an item
Click Create Program :
Choose Gain point(s) from buying an item
Enter a customized name for your Loyalty Program
Choose between gaining points by purchasing a specific item or gain from purchasing any item from the category.
If Item : click item write a custom name for the Program and click select Product.
Enter number of points customer can gain once purchased the selected item.
You can search a product name from the Search bar to select an item.
Click create.
When a customer is added to the system and the customer bought the specific item selected for the Program customer can gain a number of points.
If any items from the category: click any items from a Category.
Write a custom name for your program.
Select category from the Category drop-down selection.
Once selected enter a number of points customer can gain from purchasing any items under the Selected Category.
Click Create.
When a customer is added to the system and customer bought any items under the selected Category enrolled in the program.
You can edit the existing programs by clicking the pencil icon and click update once changes are done.
Delete by clicking the Trash icon.
How to Create Rewards?
1. From Left panel Go Settings Click Rewards.
2. Add Rewards by clicking Create Reward, you can select between 3 types of Reward systems below.
% Discount on total spent - If you want your customer get % discount by using redeeming their points. Enter a custom reward name, required number of points should customer spent in order to get a % discount, in example below the required redeem point/s is equal to 50 points in order to get a 4% discount in a single transaction, maximum discount value is optional.
Fixed Discount on total sale - If you want your customer get a fixed amount discount by using redeeming their points. Enter required number of points should customer spent in order to get a fixed amount discount, in example below the required redeem point/s is equal to 50 points in order to get a fixed amount discount of 50 in a single transaction, set minimum purchase is optional.
% Discount on specific item - If you want your customer get a % discount on a specific item or any items under specific category by using redeeming their points. Examples below are selecting a specific Items then click select product to choose an item, then if the customer purchase the selected item they can get a discount.
The other option is any items from a specific category, for this just click select category then all items under the category selected will be discounted when customer used their points after purchasing any items under that specific category.
How to Process if Customer wants to Redeem their Points?
In Checkout Page you need to select the customer first, then check what available rewards the customer can redeem depending on the total of point/s they have.
Example customer below has 4675 points, selected reward is Fixed discount on total sale. Customer got fixed amount of 50 by using their 50points.
We can confirmed that the 50points have been deducted to the total point/s of the customer.
Tap + icon to Add Loyalty Programs.
Select Gain Point/s from Total Spent - if you want your Customer to gain point/s for a certain amount of money they spend in single transaction.
Hit Save to apply.
Note: In the example above in every 300 amount of customer spend the customer will gain 5 points.
You can also choose the other type of Loyalty Programs.
Select Gain point/s from from buying an item - If you want your Customer to gain point/s by purchasing item or any item in Category.
Note: You can only select either customer will gain point/s for this Loyalty program by Purchasing an specific item or Purchasing any item in Specific Category.
How to Create Rewards?
1. In Loyalty Programs Select Manage Rewards, you can edit existing rewards you have or Add new Rewards by clicking Add Reward, you can select between 3 types of Reward systems below.

Note: All these numbers are just example the sample points system we have here is 1 point is equals to 1 php still depends on Currency you have on your store.
How to Process if Customer wants to Redeem their Points?
