Here's a walkthrough on what to expect when you register for DizLog:
The first step in setting up your DizLog account is to sign up by providing your email and password.
A one-time password will be sent to your email. If you don't see it in your inbox, don't forget to check your spam folder.
Once you've entered your one-time password, the new onboarding process will assist you in setting up your account.
Tell us about your business! You'll be asked to fill up the following details:

From the left pane menu, click on Settings and Select Business Profile
Business Logo : Update your Business Logo here :
Country Code:
Phone Number : You may enter the Business owner hone number here.
Email address : You may have an option to update a new emaill address from this page too.
Business Name :
Website : if you have a website you are free to include that in this line
Description : A brief description of your business can be added to this field.
Industry Type : Choose what type of Business do you have.
Business Currency : You may select the Business Currency from series of Currencies available in the lists.
Working Hours : Operation hours to be enter here.
To Add Locations / Stores:
Tap on Stores at the top of Business Profile page
Click on "Add Location" button to add new location and tap on "Save Changes" once you are done to successfully save the new location.
You may also select which location should be your Primary Location, by toggling on Primary Location
To Update Existing Location:
From the Business Locations screen, look for the location you wish to update and click on the location name. Start updating the appropriate fields and tap on Update Location to save the new information.

Choose the "Category" option from the left pane under "Products & Services".
Select " Add Categories"
Fill out the following details:
Representation on POS: Choose from Colors & Shape or Images.
Parent Category (Optional): Select from existing category to be used as main category
Product Type: Choose "Products".
Category Name: This is the classification that will appear in your catalog.
Visible on POS / Online store: Toggle this to determine whether or not the category will be displayed in your POS / Online store

You will be directed to the Stock/Catalog page. You have six tabs to update or fill in:
In the General tab:
Add a product image: Choose from your own collection or use one of our available images.

Trackk inventory: Toggle on if you would like to count the stocks
Tax-exempt: Toggle if excluded from tax calculation from checkout
Tax included in price: Toggle if price already includes the tax
Use Production: Toggle if you would like to produce stock base from raw materials
Choose a category: Select a category of your item to add for classification.
Item name: Enter the name of the food in the menu.
Item description: (Optional) Include information about the food, such as ingredients or a simple definition.
SKU : A unique code for your item;
Bundle: (Optional) toggle if group two or more food items into one stock keeping unit.
Item Cost: Enter the item's original purchase price.
Select a supplier: Add an existing supplier or create a new one.
In the Sales Information tab:
Unit of measure: Select the display of the unit of measure used to establish the price of the product.
Value: Enter the value of the unit of measure used to establish the price of the product.
Item Cost: Enter the cost of the item
Retail Price: Enter the price of the product per UOM
Minimum Quantity: Number of items (in UOM) that is the minimum you would like to be in stock in each store of company at any given time. Should be inputted as a numerical value, as either a positive number (ex: 50), 0, or negative number (ex: -50). If the store-specific Minimum Quantity field is entered, it will override the company settings in that store.
Recommended Quantity: Ideal number of items (in UOM) that you would like to be in stock in each store of company at any given time. Should be inputted as a numerical value, as either a positive number (ex: 50), 0, or negative number (ex: -50). Wholesale price: Enter the price of the product if bought in bulk
Low stock alert: (Optional) Enter the number of stocks to receive alerts when the stock level of the product reaches the threshold.
Available on POS: Toggle the switch to allow you to make the product available for sale on your POS system.
Available on the online store: Toggle the switch to allow you to make the product available for sale on your online store.
Returnable item: Toggle the switch allows you to specify whether the product is returnable or not.
In the Shipping tab:
Weight: (Optional) provide the weight of the product in kilogram
Width: (Optional) provide the width f the product in centimeter
Height: (Optional) provide the height of the product in centimeter
Length: (Optional) provide the lenght of the product in centimeter
In the Variants tab:
Enable variants by clicking on "Add Variants"
Variant Name: Enter the name of the variant.
Option 1: Provide description for the variant
💡 You can add additional description or details of the variant by clicking on the "➕ Add Option" button
💡 If you have multiple Variants for the food item, click on "Add Variant" button.
📓 To remove variant option, click on "Remove Variant" button next to the Variant name field.
Once all are filled in, click on the "Save" button at the upper right to register the item in your inventory.

To add a bulk items:
Tap "Import" under Product&Services > Item List from the left pane menu.
Choose for example “Products” inventory type.
From the screen, download the Bulk Template and fill-out the details according to the data format.
Ensure that all of the product details are filled to the appropriate category.
Restrictions
All special characters are not allowed for all required fields/columns, in cost and sell price fields only (.) is allowed to use.
How to do Bulk Upload for Products and Services
Date Format should be : YYYY-MM-DD
Return to your DizLog account and click Next to proceed with uploading the document. Be sure to select the appropriate location for where you’d like the products to be uploaded.
After submitting the document, wait for the upload to complete. You’ll see a message indicating whether your products were successfully uploaded or if any errors occurred during the process.

To Set up Payment Method in your POS:
Choose the " ⚙️POS settings" option from the left pane under POS.
Choose Payment Methods tab from the top menu.
Checkout screen has some default modes of payment. You can disable any default payment method by toggling the button off. If you’d like to enable online payments through FIUU or Dizlog Payments, simply click the Activate button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Create a Custom Payment Method by clicking the Add Payment Method button. In the pop-up screen, fill in the name of the payment method and specify the location where it will be used. To make the custom payment method active, enable the toggle and click save.
