Steps to Set Up a Payment Method

  1. Begin by navigating to the POS module.

  2. Open the POS Settings menu.

  3. Select the Payment Methods tab.

  4. Click on “Add Payment Method.”

  5. Enter the name of the payment method you want to set up (e.g., GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  6. Choose the Location where the payment method will be available.

  7. If applicable, upload the QR code image for quick customer payments.

  8. Enable the “Is Enabled” toggle to activate the payment method.

  9. Click Save to finalize the setup.
