Dizlog’s Guide on Printing Barcode and Label Stickers

Printing barcodes and label stickers in Dialog helps businesses tag items, speed up checkout, and keep product details accurate. This guide covers barcodes, stickers, raw materials, and printer setup.

I. Printing Barcodes

  1. Navigate to Products and Services.

  2. Select Print Labels.

  3. Choose the appropriate label size.

  4. Select the barcode source field (either SKU or Barcode).

  5. Choose whether to include the item name and price on the label.

  6. Select items to print by either:
    - Adding items manually
    - Filtering by category
    - Filtering by supplier

  7. Enter the quantity of labels to print per item.

  8. Click Create Labels.

  9. Click Print to finalize.

II. Printing Label Stickers During Transactions

  1. Complete a transaction in the POS.

  2. Before checkout completion, click Set Stickers.

  3. Ensure the sticker printer is connected.

III. Enabling Printing of Raw Materials on Stickers

  1. Go to POS.

  2. Open POS Settings.

  3. Enable Show Raw Materials on Stickers.

  4. Click Save.

IV. Connecting Label Printers

  1. In POS View, click the Printer Icon.

  2. Under Connect Label Printer, choose to connect via Bluetooth or USB.

  3. Input the sticker size.

Note: This method is specifically for connecting label printers. Receipt printers require a different setup process.
