How to Setup Business Profile, Locations, Currency and Business Hours - Retail Business

Setting up a business profile is crucial for several reasons. Here are some of the key reasons why it's important:

💻 For DizLog Web App

  1. From the left pane menu, click on Settings and Select Business Profile

  2. Business Logo : Update your Business Logo here :

  3. Country Code:

  4. Phone Number : You may enter the Business owner hone number here.

  5. Email address : You may have an option to update a new emaill address from this page too.

  6. Business Name :

  7. Website : if you have a website you are free to include that in this line

  8. Description : A brief description of your business can be added to this field.

  9. Business Type : Choose what type of Business do you have.

  10. Inventory Type: refer to the various categories or classifications used to categorize and manage items, products, or assets within a business's inventory management system

  11. Business Currency : You may select the Business Currency from series of Currencies available in the lists.

  12. Purchase Currency : you may Enable Purchase Currency by toggling it on.

  13. Number of Employees : If you are managing employees on your Business you may add the total number of your employees here.

  14. Total Business Location : it will be automatic counting and be based on how many you have added to your profile.

  15. Select Language : You may select your preferred language from here.

  16. Working Hours : Operation hours to be enter here.

  17. Start adding one or more locations by tapping on + Add button

  18. Fill-out the Location Name and The Address Line 1

    1. Address Line 1 has an auto-fill capability and when available, City and State details are likewise populated.

  19. Continue entering the Zip Code.

    1. Toggle the switch from left to right if the new added location will be set as the primary location.

Tap on "Add Location" once you are done to successfully save the new location.

You may also select which location should be your Primary Location, by toggling on Primary Location

To Update Existing Location:

From the Business Locations screen, look for the location you wish to update and click on the location name. Start updating the appropriate fields and tap on Update Location to save the new information.


📱 For DizLog Mobile App

To Add New Location:

  1. From the landing screen, tap on More

  2. Under Settings tap Business Profile.

  3. Start adding one or more locations by tapping on Add +.

  4. Fill-out the Location Name and The Address Line 1

    1. Address Line 1 has an auto-fill capability and when available, City and State details are likewise populated.

  5. Continue entering the Zip Code.

    1. Toggle the switch from left to right if the new added location will be set as the primary location.

Tap on "Add Location" once you are done to successfully save the new location.

To Update Existing Location:

From the Business Locations screen, select the location you wish to update and tap on the edit icon. Start updating the appropriate fields and tap on Update Location to save the new information.
