How do Employees Set up their Password | How to get a new Password when Employee Password Expires

Learn how to get access to the employee portal.

⚠️To begin, check that you have entered your employee's information into your DizLog Account. Click here to find out how to add an employee to your DizLog business account.

Once employee was added by a business, employee will receive an Email from DizLog specifying your user ID, temporary password, and the URL to download the application.

💡 If you cannot find the email or did not receive one, please check the following:

- Email Address is accurately entered on the DizLog business account.
- Spam/Junk Folders in your Email address Inbox

Now you have your login details, you have two different options to access DizLog App. Select from the platforms below:


💻 DizLog Web App:

  1. Open the web app portal: https://web.dizlog.biz/

  2. On the sign-in page, enter the email address and the temporary password you received on your email.

  3. Click the "Sign In" button

  4. A prompt will appear and ask to change the temporary password given.

  5. Update your password following the requirements on password creation.

The dashboard shows the employee app and other apps that business has assigned you a role and created access permissions to certain app features or menu.

  1. On the sign-in page, enter the email address and the temporary password you received on your email.

  2. Click the "Sign In" button

  3. A prompt will appear and ask to change the temporary password given.

  4. Update your password following the requirements on password creation.

The dashboard shows the employee app and other apps that business has assigned you a role and created access permissions to certain app features or menu.

Note: The Temporary password for your employee account will only work for 24hrs, if you forgot to access your account and tried to access after 24hrs in using mobile the account will show as " Username of password invalid " as mobile do not recognize your expired temporary password, so you need to access your account in a browser to set up a new password by entering your email address and the temporary password you receive on your email.
