By enabling the eStore in the Business Settings, you can provide your clients with the URL for booking your services.

In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how your customers can book appointments via your online store


What are the steps for booking an appointment in the eStore?

1. Select the service from the catalog and click on the Book button.

2. You will see the various variants available for that specific service. Choose your preference and click/tap on 🛒 Book button

3. Book service information window will appear. Choose the date of your service, time slots, location, number of people (that will avail the service)

To proceed to your appointment details, tap on the Book this service button.

4. Your item has been added to your cart. You may add another service or view your cart if you wish to checkout.

5. You will be directed to Order Summary. To checkout, customers must have a DizLog account (on how to sign-up click here).

Select type of payment

  • Online - provides you with different payment options depending on the market the business is in

  • Pay After Service - pay in-store after the service

Once all details are correct, proceed with Checkout

6. You have successfully booked an appointment via eStore! You will then be redirected to the receipt confirming your order.
