How Customers Can Place an Order, and Print /Share Receipt on DizLog eStore?

How to checkout items using the eStore

Introducing the new and improved eStore layout from Dizlog - designed to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our merchants' customers. With a focus on ease of use and product visibility, we're confident that this update will help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

💻 For DizLog Web:

  1. Select the Category of the item/product that you want to order.

    ex.

    Category: Coffee

  2. You can also search for an item/product code just typing in search bar.

    You will be directed to the product details.

    • Choose the variant you want to purchase (if available)

    • Adjust the quantity based on your desire by clicking on the add (+) or decrease (-) buttons.

    • You may Add to Cart the item.

    • If you are doing a single purchase you may choose the Buy Now option.

  3. You will be redirected to the Order Summary.

    If you are checking out as a guest, make sure to fill out the Customer Information Full name up to Zip/Postal code.

    Proceed to Checkout as guest.

    Other option is to Login to your existing DizLog customer account.


    You must check first the Payment methods available, Shipment Method and make sure to check the delivery address.

    Discount/voucher code click Apply a Discount. ( if there's available )

Select a payment method:

  1. Online - provides you with different payment options depending on the market the business is in

  2. Pay on Pickup - if the store has a physical location, customers have the option to pay for their order and pick it up in person at the store.

  3. Cash on Delivery - customer pays for their purchase at the time of delivery

  4. Before proceeding to checkout, make sure to review the item list and check the quantity of each item. Then, review the order summary to ensure that everything is correct. Once you have confirmed that everything is set, you can now proceed to checkout by clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button.

    Note: if you choose "ONLINE" as Type of Payment you will have additional step which is to process your payment. Please follow the onscreen instruction.

  5. You have successfully processed a purchase via eStore! You will then be redirected to the receipt confirming your order.

  6. You can share the receipt by clicking Share at the bottom right page of the page.



📱 DizLog Mobile App:

  1. In buying to eStore you have an option to checkout as guest, sign up or sign in your Dizlog Customer account.

  2. You can search an item/product you like to order by typing the item/product code in the search bar.

  3. You will be directed to the product details.

    • Choose the variant you want to purchase (if available)

    • Adjust the quantity based on your desire by clicking on the add (+) or decrease (-) buttons.

  4. Once you are good with the item and the quantity, click "Add to Cart"

    1. From this stage, you can further add more items in your cart.

    2. If you are doing a single purchase you may choose the Buy Now option.

    3. You will be redirected to the Order Summary.

    4. If you are checking out as a guest, make sure to fill out the Customer Information Full name up to Zip/Postal code.

    5. Proceed to Checkout as guest.
