How Do I Know If the Cancelation Request Was Accepted?

If you have already contacted the merchant and was advised that your order was already cancelled, you can confirm this by following the steps below:



💻 DizLog Web App:

  1. Go to the online store and click on your name at the upper right part of the page and choose "My Orders"

  2. On the left pane, under My Orders, click "My Cancellations"

  3. On the right pane, you can see the orders you have successfully cancelled with the merchant.

  4. You may click on the arrow next to your order to see more details.


📱 DizLog Mobile App:

  1. Go to the online store and click on your name at the upper right part of the page and choose "My Orders"

  2. On the left pane, under My Orders, click "My Cancellations"

  3. On the lower part, you can see the orders you have successfully cancelled with the merchant.

  4. You may click on the arrow next to your order to see more details.
