You may be wondering how you can further customize your online store. There are many ways in which you can customize your online store's appearance, layout and functionality. Online stores play a vital role in today's highly competitive market place. A successful online store can make or break business success so it is important to keep on top of all features and strategies.

Here's what you can set-up in your Online Store:


To set-up your eStore Domain

When you set up your online store, it's important to choose a domain that's unique and memorable. A domain name is your web address, like dizlog.biz. It's a key part of branding your business. This guide walks you through how to choose the right domain name for your online stores.

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "eStore Domain" from the options

  3. You have 3 options to choose from:

    1. Option 1:Use Default Domain

      1. Default domain is your shop name together with DizLog's domain

    2. Option 2:Create New Domain

      1. Search and buy a new domain for your online store

        1. Click on "Buy New Domain" button next to the option 2

        2. On the next page, enter the domain that you would like and hit "Search" button

        3. You will be given a list of domains and click "Buy" button next to the domain you have selected to own it.

    3. Option 3:Transfer Existing Domain

      1. Share existing domain name and support team will help to configure.

        1. Click on "Set Up" button next to the option 3

        2. Enter the existing domain name and click "Connect" button

        3. Wait for support team to contact you to finish transfer.

To set-up your eStore payment methods

Setting up your online store payment methods is important if you want to increase sales. Having the right payment methods can make all the difference when it comes time to making a purchase.

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "eStore Payment Methods" from the options

  3. On the right side, you will see available payment options based on your country

  4. Follow the steps based on your preferred payment gateway.

  5. Once you have completely set it up, the option will now be available on your Online store upon customer's checkout.


To set-up your eStore Shipping methods

One of the major problems in online business is shipping. But, with DizLog, we'll help you manage this with ease.

You can have the option to have it picked up from your location or have it delivered through In-house Delivery or Third Party Delivery.

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "Shipping Methods" from the options

  3. Choose from the following methods:


To set-up your eStore receipts

When you're an online store owner or marketer, one of the most important aspects of your business are your receipts. Not only do they help customers feel secure when they purchase from you but they also keep track of their purchases, allowing you to measure the success of your marketing campaigns.

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "Receipt Settings" from the options

  3. You can choose if the following should be part of the header or footer of your receipt and even choose to have it disabled.

    1. Barcode

    2. Order Note

    3. Customer Information

    4. Location Address

    5. Phone Number

  4. Check also the box to show Business Hours, Logo and Tax Pin

  5. At the last part, you can also add your own receipt message and disclaimer.

  6. Don't forget to click "Save" button to keep your changes.


To set-up your customize your online store

If you are running an online store, then it's likely that you've thought about customizing your store. But what exactly is customizable? And how can you customize it?

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "Customize Online Store" from the options

  3. You can edit or change the following settings:

    1. Banner Image: This image will appear on the top of your shop. For the best results use an image that’s at least 372 x 70 pixels and 6MB or less.

    2. Merchant Logo: This image will appear on the top of your shop. For the best results use an image that’s at least 237 x 60 pixels and 6MB or less.

    3. Header Color: customize your shop's header by choosing the appropriate color base on your brand guidelines

    4. Footer Color: customize your shop's footer by choosing the appropriate color base on your brand guidelines

    5. Social Media Links: Add your business's social media pages links to connect more with your customers.

    6. Privacy / Terms and Conditions: You can have your own policy in place in your online store. Let your customer view and read it as needed.

  4. Once you are satisfied with the customization, click "Save Changes" button.

  5. You can easily view your online store changes by clicking on "Preview Estore" button at the lower right part of the page.
