How to Accept Offline Payment for POS

Learn how to Enable, Receive, and View Reports for different Offline Payment methods.

You can have different payment systems with Dizlog POS ( Web, Mobile ), without integration between them.

Dizlog POS can register payments made through a card processing system that is installed and operated separately.

In the final stage of the sale transaction, Dizlog POS gives you a choice between cash, E-Wallet, Card, Pay Later, and Invoice. Dizlog system for point of sale (POS) refers to a method of payment where transactions can be processed even when there is no immediate connection to the payment network or the internet. It allows businesses to accept payments from customers when the POS terminal is unable to establish a real-time online connection.

Cash - when a sale is paid through cash

E-Wallet - an electronic or digital wallet- is a software-based application or online service that allows individuals to store and manage their financial information securely.

Credit Card - It involves using a credit card issued by a financial institution to pay for purchases, with the understanding that the cardholder will repay the borrowed amount at a later date, usually with added interest if not paid in full by the due date.

Pay later – when a sale is made through credit terms

Invoice - Invoice payment refers to the process of settling a bill or payment request issued by a seller or service provider to a buyer or customer.

  1. Click the "POS" option from the left pane under "POS Settings".

  2. Click the "Payment Methods" tab from the top menu.

  3. Enable Offline Payments by toggling on below

    • Cash

    • Invoice Payment

    • Pay Later

  4. Click " Save "

    That's it! You are now able to enabled the Offline Payments and start selling!

  1. Click "POS" and select "Sales" from the left pane of the Dashboard.

  2. Click Products / Service to add to Cart.

  3. Select from available Offline Payments below such as Cash, Pay Later or Invoice

  4. Enter Amount and Click " Process " .

  5. Click " Checkout ".

  6. Receipt Review:

    That's it! You are now able to process a sale using one of Offline Payments.

  1. Go to " POS " Click on Reports ". to view Payment Received by " Sales Summary by Mode of Payments " and " Sales Details by Mode of Payments ".

  2. Click " Sales Summary by Mode of Payments ".

    The Sales Summary By Payment Method provides an overview of your sales and the payment methods used, such as Cash, Razer , pay later, E Wallet, Invoice. You can view the sales count and amount for each payment method and see which payment methods are performing best.

  3. Click " Sales Details by Mode of Payments ".

    The Sales Details by Mode of Payment section provides a detailed view of each transaction, including the payment method, order ID, customer, and amount. This report allows you to view your sales by payment method and provides a clearer picture of how much money you're bringing in.

  4. With the Previous transaction processed via E Wallet, select E Wallet.

    That's it! you are now able to view and even download your Sales Details by Mode of payment.


  1. From the Homepage of the App, tap " More ".

  2. Tap " POS Settings ", go to " Payment Methods ".

  3. Toggle off " Cash Only " and " Invoice Payments ", " Pay Later "

  4. Tap " Save ".

  5. Tap " Activate Dizlog Payment ".

  6. Fees will also be shown in this screen.

  7. Enter required fields such as:

    Business Name, Registration number, Estimated Monthly Sales, Supporting Documents ( Jpg file ), Payment Method select ( eWallet ), Email, Phone number and account number.

  8. Click " Update".

  9. Follow How it Works Steps to Create a Bux Account.

  10. Enter information in required fields in " Sign Up " screen.

    Note: Bux account is used to view all your transactions of your registered payment gateway.

    That's it! You are now able to Enable Offline Payments for your POS and will be able to view transactions using Bux Account.

  1. From the Homepage of the App, tap " POS ".

  2. Select " Store Location " and Tap " Cash Register " that will Operate POS Transaction.

  3. Click Products / Service to add to Cart.

  4. Select " Offline Payments "

  5. Enter Amount and Click " Checkout".

  6. Receipt Review.

    That's it! You are now able to process a sale using one of Offline Payments.

  1. From the Homepage of the App tap " More " tap on " POS Reports ", to view Payment Received by " Sales Summary by Mode of Payments " and " Sales Details by Mode of Payments ".
