DizLog's one of main feature allows you to onboard your customer in the system, that includes customer information below:
Customer Type: If Retail or Business
Email address
Mobile phone number:
Customer Opening Balance:
Customer-Specific Location:
Customer Address:
Choose which feature you are using:
To Add New Customer :
From the left pane of the Dashboard, click "Customers dropdown list" and click on "Customer List".
Click "+ Add Customer"
Add information below:
Customer Name:
Email Address:
Mobile Phone Number:
Customer Type: If Retail or Business
Customer Opening Balance: to track or note any outstanding money
Select Business Location: In which store location Customer will be added
Customer Address:
Click "Add New" to Save Customer.
To Edit/Update Existing Customer:
Click 🖉 pencil icon to update customer's information
Click "Update" to save changes
Once changes are applied a notification will show that Successfully update customer
Tap "POS"
Open Register
Tap "More"
Select "Customers"
Tap "+Add Customer"
Select "New Customer"
Enter Customer details as below:
Customer Name:
Email Address:
Mobile Phone Number:
Customer Type: If Retail or Business
Customer Opening Balance: to track or note any outstanding money
Select Business Location: In which Customer will be added
Customer Address: In saving address, make sure to tap 💾 disk icon to save the address
Tap "Save"
