How to Add New Customer?

Learn how to Add, edit / update the Customer's information

The importance of customer information within a POS system cannot be understated, as it plays a significant role in enhancing customer experience, improving business operations, and driving growth.

DizLog's one of main feature allows you to onboard your customer in the system, that includes customer information below:

Customer Type: If Retail or Business

Email address

Mobile phone number:

Customer Opening Balance:

Customer-Specific Location:

Customer Address:

Choose which feature you are using:

To Add New Customer :

  1. From the left pane of the Dashboard, click "Customers dropdown list" and click on "Customer List".

  2. Click "+ Add Customer"

  3. Add information below:

    Customer Name:

    Email Address:

    Mobile Phone Number:

    Customer Type: If Retail or Business

    Customer Opening Balance: to track or note any outstanding money

    Select Business Location: In which store location Customer will be added

    Customer Address:

    Click "Add New" to Save Customer.

To Edit/Update Existing Customer:

  1. Click 🖉 pencil icon to update customer's information

  2. Click "Update" to save changes

  3. Once changes are applied a notification will show that Successfully update customer

  1. Tap "POS"

  2. Open Register

  3. Tap "More"

  4. Select "Customers"

  5. Tap "+Add Customer"

  6. Select "New Customer"

  7. Enter Customer details as below:

    Customer Name:

    Email Address:

    Mobile Phone Number:

    Customer Type: If Retail or Business

    Customer Opening Balance: to track or note any outstanding money

    Select Business Location: In which Customer will be added

    Customer Address: In saving address, make sure to tap 💾 disk icon to save the address

  8. Tap "Save"

To Edit/Update Existing Customer:

  1. Search for customer and tap to edit

  2. Once information has been added tap on "Save"
