The concept is relatively simple: when a customer makes a purchase, they receive a certain percentage of the purchase amount back as a refund or credit, effectively reducing the net cost of the transaction.

The cashback feature benefits both customers and businesses. For customers, it provides a financial incentive to make purchases, helps save money on future transactions, and can be an attractive aspect of loyalty programs. For businesses, cashback can drive customer loyalty, encourage repeat purchases, and attract new customers.
It's important for customers to be aware of the terms and conditions associated with cashback offers, such as minimum spending requirements, maximum cashback limits, and any restrictions on eligible products or services. Additionally, it's essential to be cautious about overspending or buying items solely for the cashback benefit, as it may not always lead to the best financial decisions.
