Customize your Business details shown on Invoices, Quotations, GRN, and Purchase Orders Notes using Templates Settings

DizLog Customize Business Templates feature let's you customize your Business details shown on Invoices, Quotations, GRN, and Purchase Orders Notes using Templates Settings.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you customize POS templates effectively:

Customization & Notes

  1. From the left pane of the dashboard click on "Settings" dropdown then navigate to click "Templates"

  2. From "Customizations" you may edit Business Logo and Colors that will appear on your invoices, estimates, GRN and purchase orders.

  3. Business Logo: Upload your logo to appear on your invoices, estimates, GRN and Purchase orders.

    Click on "Change" to upload a logo from your device, camera or even get from Online Stock Image

  4. Colors: Set your primary color to appear on your invoice, estimates, GRN, and purchase order.

    Select from variety of colors and click on "Save" once done

  5. Notes: Customize the default notes that appear on your invoices, quotations, GRN and Purchase Orders.

    To update each notes click on "Change"

    Invoice Default Note: This default note will be automatically included in all of your invoices.

    Quotation Default Note: Standard note included in all quotations by default

    GRN Note: Note automatically included in all Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

    Purchase Order Note: Note included in all Purchase Orders by default.

    Footer: Standard closing information displayed at the bottom of the invoices
