With Deliverect's integration, send orders automatically from your channels to your DizLog POS.
Activation timeline: DizLog integration typically takes less than one week.
How it works
The customer places an order on a delivery channel.
Once accepted, the order is sent to Deliverect and DizLog where the information is displayed.
How to set up
Step 1. If you aren't currently a customer of Deliverect, contact Deliverect here. For existing Deliverect customers, reach out to your Deliverect account manager.
Step 2. Deliverect will create the location in your Deliverect account. To authorize the connection, follow the steps in this article.
Order management
How orders from Deliverect are handled by DizLog
Depending on your delivery channel, you may first need to confirm the order on your delivery tablet and select your preferred prep-time before sending the order to your POS. To learn more, view the Integration Overview article for your channel or contact your Deliverect account manager.
The orders are sent from your channels to DizLog, where they can be seen on your Orders page.
Use the actions at the top right to process the order.
