How to Delete an Active Dizlog Account

If you no longer need to use a point of sale (POS) system and want to delete your account, Here are some general steps to follow:

Deleting your Dizlog Account is just few steps away and can be processed in Mobile App.

Here's how:

📱DizLog Mobile App:

  1. Open your Dizlog App on your Mobile phone and Enter your account details to Sign in.

  2. Once Signed in, Tap "More".

  3. Scroll to Bottom part of the Screen and Tap 🗑 Delete Account.

  4. Once tapped 🗑 Delete Account, A Warning Message will show "All account data will be deleted. Please Confirm" to confirm the action. Select "Yes, Delete Account".

  5. A Pop up notification will show that "Your account has been deleted".

    Note: Once you try to Sign in your deleted account this will show an error message that the "Login Failed - User name or password is invalid"

It's important to note that deleting your POS account may result in the permanent loss of any data, reports, or analytics associated with that account. Be sure to back up any important information before initiating the account deletion process.

Additionally, if you have any recurring subscriptions or services associated with your POS account, you'll need to cancel them separately to avoid being billed for them in the future.
