How to Send Receipts to Customers via SMS

To share a receipt via SMS, follow these steps:

In certain situations, you may need to share a receipt with a customer or another party via SMS. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

  1. From Left Pane of the Dashboard click POS and select Receipts

  2. To Generate Receipt, enter the receipt number from search bar or filter the dates

  3. Click the receipt that needs to be share via SMS

  4. Click "Manage Receipt"

  5. Once Receipt is display click on "Open Receipt"

  6. Under "Receipt Review" click on "Share SMS" button

  7. Enter "Phone Number" remember to include "Area Code"

  8. Then Click "Send"

  9. Once successful a popup message from the upper right of the screen that the receipt has been sent

  1. Tap "POS" from the landing page

  2. Tap "More"

  3. Tap "Receipt"

  4. To Generate a Receipt, enter the receipt number from the search bar or filter the dates

  5. Tap the Receipt that needs to be share via SMS

  6. Tap "Share" button and all app recommendation will show

  7. Select the SMS app then the receipt will automatically include the receipt as PDF to the body of the SMS/Text Message

  8. Enter the phone number and tap on send
