Thanks to Dizlog New Feature, We are now able to Retrieve Previous Sales Receipt easily without going to Order Management and browse through Numerous Orders processed.
Also we can Share Receipts of our Previous Sales to our Customers with just few steps away!
Here's How:
Choose which feature you are using:
To send the receipt to the customer on web:
From Left Pane of the Dashboard click POS and select Receipts
Enter receipt number in search field or filter the start and end dates.
By Clicking the receipt you can view, manage, share via email,whatsapp and facebook previous sales receipts. Printing of previous sales is now available.
Purchase History : This option can only be view if the sales have been processed via customer's information checkou, you may view, download, print all the previous sales made for the specific customer from one screen.
Click Purchase History.
Tap "Point of Sale" from the landing of the app, and tap "More"
Tap "Receipt"
Enter receipt number in search field or filter the start and end dates.
Then tap receipt to veiw
Every receipt may now be shared via email, whatsapp and facebook.
It's always a good practice to regularly back up your sales data or consider using additional record-keeping systems to ensure you can access historical receipts when needed.
