1. Adding a New Item

👉 Click on: Products & ServicesItem List+ Add Items

  • Select a category (e.g., Laptop)


  • Type the product name (e.g., Mac Air 2020)

2. Choosing the Right Tracking Type

👉 Click on: Tracking TypeSelect Serialized

👉 Check: Track Expiry Date (if applicable)

  • Serialized tracking = monitor each unit individually.

  • Expiry tracking = never sell expired products.

3. Assigning Suppliers & Pricing

👉 Click on: Select Supplier → choose supplier (e.g., Power Tools) Clicj

👉 Click on: Sales Information → enter cost & retail price

4. Managing Serial Numbers & Expiry

👉 Click on: Manage Serial NumbersImport Serial Numbers

👉 Type in: serial codes (e.g., MAC23463, MAC73926…)

  • 📔 You may Click on "Barcode" to use Scanner on scanning Serial Numbers to automatically enter the Code.

👉 Click on: Expiration Date → choose a date (e.g., 31/08/2030)

5. Tracking Inventory Movement

Here you can:

  • View stock status (In Stock, Sold, Spoiled)


  • Check purchase & expiry dates

👉 Click on: Serial Number Movement Report to trace item history.

6. Selling Products with Serial Control

👉 Click on: POSSales → search for product
