Dizlog Guide on Making Partial and Full Inventory Count

Accurate inventory counts are essential for maintaining stock integrity and ensuring business operations. In Dizlog, you can perform Partial or Full Inventory Counts depending on your requirements. Below are steps for the process; follow these to proceed.

I. Making Partial Inventory Counts

  1. Navigate to Inventory Management.

  2. Select Inventory Count.

  3. Click New Inventory Count.

  4. Choose Partial as the type of inventory count.

  5. Select the items to be counted:
    - You may manually select specific items, or
    - Select entire categories to include in the count.

  6. Click Save to create the partial inventory count.

II. Making Full Inventory Counts

  1. Navigate to Inventory Management.

  2. Select Inventory Count.

  3. Click New Inventory Count.

  4. Choose Full as the type of inventory count.
    - This will include all items in the system for counting.

  5. Click Save to create the full inventory count.

III. Finalizing an Inventory Count

  1. Navigate to Inventory Management.

  2. Select Inventory Count.

  3. Open the Inventory Count request that needs to be completed.

  4. Enter the counted quantity for each SKU.

  5. Once all quantities have been entered, click Complete to finalize the count.
