How to Manage and Track Payment Methods in Your POS

You can enable, add, and manage payment methods in your POS, and then check the breakdown of sales by payment type in reports.

Step 1: Go to POS Settings – Payment Methods

1. From the left-hand menu, click POS Settings.
2. Select the Payment Methods tab.
3. You will see a list of default options (Cash, Invoice, Pay Later, Online, etc.).
4. To enable/disable a method, use the toggle switch.
5. To add a new one, click Add Payment Method and enter details for a custom payment option (e.g., GCash, Grab, Foodpanda).
6. Click Save to apply changes.

Step 2: View Sales Breakdown by Payment Method

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Sales Overview.
2. Select the Payment Methods tab.
3. Choose your Location and Date Range.
4. The report will show each payment type with Sales Count and Total Amount.
5. You can Export to PDF or Print the report for your records.

✅ This way, merchants can manage accepted payments in the POS and track sales performance by payment type.
