How to Integrate Dizlog POS and Accounting with Cloudbeds

Integrating Dizlog with Cloudbeds connects your hotel operations and finances in one system—linking POS transactions and guest billing with your hotel management platform while automatically syncing all transactions to Dizlog’s accounting ledger.

Point of Sales (POS)

Step 1: Go to the Cloudbeds Marketplace

  1. Log in to your Cloudbeds account.

  2. Navigate to the Cloudbeds Marketplace.

  3. Search for Dizlog POS.

Step 2: Connect the Dizlog App

  1. Click Connect App on the Dizlog POS listing.

  2. You will be redirected to the Cloudbeds permission page.

Step 3: Allow Access

  1. Review the permissions requested by Dizlog.

  2. Click Allow Access to continue.

Step 4: Redirect to Dizlog Integration Page

After granting permission, you will be redirected to the Dizlog – Connect to Cloudbeds page.


Note:
If you are not logged in to Dizlog, the system will redirect you to the Dizlog login page first. After logging in, you will automatically return to the Connect to Cloudbeds page.

Step 5: Connect Dizlog to Cloudbeds

  1. On the Dizlog – Connect to Cloudbeds page, click Connect to Cloudbeds.

  2. Wait for the integration to complete.

Step 6: Confirm the Connection

Once successful:

  • A success message will appear.

  • The button will change to Disconnect from Cloudbeds, indicating that the integration is active.

You can now close the page.


Verify the Integration

Option 1: Check in Cloudbeds

  1. Go back to the Cloudbeds Marketplace.

  2. Open the Dizlog POS app page.

  3. If connected successfully, you will see a Login button available.

Option 2: Check in Dizlog POS

  1. Log in to Dizlog POS.

  2. Go to the POS screen.

  3. Look for the New Reservation button located on the upper-right corner, beside the Add Customer button.

This indicates that the Cloudbeds integration is active.


Integration Complete

You have successfully connected Dizlog POS with Cloudbeds. This integration allows you to manage guest reservations and link POS transactions directly with Cloudbeds.

Accounting

Step 1: Go to the Cloudbeds Marketplace

  1. Log in to your Cloudbeds account.

  2. Navigate to the Cloudbeds Marketplace.

  3. Search for Dizlog POS.

Step 2: Connect the Dizlog App

  1. Click Connect App on the Dizlog listing.

  2. You will be redirected to the Cloudbeds permission page.

Step 3: Allow Access

  1. Review the requested permissions.

  2. Click Allow Access to proceed.

Step 4: Redirect to Dizlog Integration Page

After granting permission, the system will redirect you to the Dizlog – Cloudbeds Integration page.

Note:
If you are not logged in to Dizlog, you will first be redirected to the Dizlog login page. After logging in, you will automatically return to the Connect to Cloudbeds page.

Step 5: Connect Dizlog to Cloudbeds

  1. On the Dizlog – Cloudbeds Integration page, click Enabled Accounting sync

  2. Wait for the system to complete the integration.

Step 6: Confirm the Connection

Once the connection is successful:

  • A success message will appear.

  • You will be redirected to the Dizlog Cloudbeds Integration page.

Configure Accounting Sync

Step 7: Enable Accounting Sync

  1. In the Cloudbeds Integration page, enable Accounting Sync.

  2. Once enabled, all Cloudbeds transactions will automatically be captured and logged into the Dizlog financial ledger.

Step 8: Select the Dizlog Location

  1. Choose the Dizlog location where Cloudbeds transactions should be recorded.

  2. This ensures transactions are reflected under the correct business location.

Verify the Integration

Step 9: Check the Financial Ledger

  1. Go to Financial Ledger in Dizlog.

  2. Look for transactions synced from Cloudbeds.

  3. In the Source column, you will see Cloudbeds, indicating that the transaction originated from Cloudbeds.

Integration Complete

You have successfully integrated Dizlog Accounting with Cloudbeds.
All Cloudbeds financial transactions will now be automatically synced and recorded in the Dizlog financial ledger.
