What is Offline Mode?
Offline Mode allows you to continue selling when there’s no internet connection.
Transactions are saved locally on the device.
Once internet is restored, transactions are synced automatically to the cloud.
How to Use Offline Mode
When your device loses internet, Dizlog POS will automatically switch to Offline Mode.
Continue adding items and processing orders as usual.
Receipts can still be printed, but features requiring internet (e.g., emailing receipts, cloud reporting) may be limited.
Once the connection is back, the system will sync pending transactions.
Understanding Sync Rules
When syncing after Offline Mode, the following rules apply:
✅ Sales Transactions – All offline sales are uploaded to the server automatically.
✅ Voids/Refunds – Any voids or refunds done offline will sync once online.
⚠️ Inventory Updates – Stock adjustments made offline will only apply after sync.
⚠️ Multi-Device Sync – If multiple POS devices are used, offline transactions will merge into the master sales record after sync.
