Cannot login to your MyDizLog eStore Account?

In case you forgot your password, you can reset it using your registered email address.

To do so, follow the steps below:


💻 For DizLog Web App

  1. From the login screen, tap on “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter the registered email address.

  3. Tap on "Confirm" button.

  4. A prompt will show that an email was sent to reset your password

  5. Check your email for the link to reset your password.

    1. If you cannot find the email, please check:

      1. If you entered the correct email address

      2. Check your Spam or Junk folder

  6. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a page to enter your new password.

  7. Enter your new password and click "Save"

💡 If in case you forgot the email address you have used, we currently do not have a way to retrieve email addressed used. Instead, please browse through email addresses you have and look for a verification email from Dizlog with subject: "Verify your email for DizLog".


📱 For DizLog Mobile App:

  1. From the login screen, tap on “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter the registered email address.

  3. Tap on "Confirm" button.

  4. A prompt will show that an email was sent to reset your password

  5. Check your email for the link to reset your password.

  6. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a page to enter your new password.

  7. Enter your new password and click "Save"
