In case you forgot your password, you can reset it using your registered mobile number or email address.

In case you forgot your password, you can reset it using your registered mobile number or email address.

💻 For DizLog Web App

  1. From the login screen, tap on “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter the registered phone number or email address.

  3. Tap on "Send Verification Code" button.

  4. When the verification code is received, enter the code.

  5. To save, tap on “Submit” button.

Confirm the successful password change by logging into the web app.

💡 You will receive the OTP message from the Email Address you have entered on the Sign-up screen.

If you cannot find your OTP or did not receive any email, please check the following:

- Email Address / Phone number is accurate
- Spam/Junk Folders in your Email address Inbox


📱 For DizLog Mobile App

  1. From the login screen, tap on “Forgot your password?” button

  2. Enter the registered mobile number.

  3. Tap on "Send OTP" button.

  4. When the OTP is received, enter the OTP.

  5. Set new password.

  6. To save, tap on “Reset Password” button.

Confirm the successful password change by logging into the app.

 💡 You will receive the OTP message from the Email Address you have entered on the Sign-up screen.

If you cannot find your OTP or did not receive any email, please check the following:

- Email Address / Phone number is accurate
- Spam/Junk Folders in your Email address Inbox
