How to Enable Shipping Method for Online Store?

One of the major problem in online business is shipping. But, with DizLog, we'll help you manage this with ease.

You can have the option to have it picked up from your location or have it delivered through In-house Delivery or Third Party Delivery.

To Set Up your Shipping Methods


💻 From DizLog Web App

  1. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option from the left pane under ⚙️ Business Settings.

  2. Select "Shipping Methods" from the options

  3. Choose from the following methods:

📦 For Local Pick up:

⚠️ What is Local Pick Up? Local pickup is an alternative to standard shipping and order fulfillment that allows customers to pick up their orders directly from your stores.

This is based from the store location you have entered on your business profile. To add or edit your business location addresses, click here.

Once you have confirmed your business location, simply click the edit icon next to the location name to add more pick-up details that will show on your customer's end upon check-out.

🏠 For In-House Delivery:

⚠️ What is Inhouse Delivery? Whether using your own delivery drivers or accessing our extensive nationwide courier network, we’ll dispatch your orders at a flat fee, directly growing your profits by eliminating commission fees with Inhouse Delivery.

  1. Choose from your store location on which has this option.

  2. Select from either using Postal code or Delivery radius to determine the area of your scope of your delivery.

  3. Next, add the Delivery zone name

  4. Provide the estimated delivery time (in minutes)

    1. tip: that this should be in-line with the range you will set-up for your delivery area.

  5. Enter the Postal Code or Delivery Radius based on your selection

  6. Add the minimum order price to qualify for in-house delivery.

  7. Give the delivery price for the set radius or postal codes.

  8. Click "Save" button

🚲 For Third Party Delivery:

⚠️ What is Third Party Delivery? Third-party delivery involves contracting with a third-party provider to handle your business' delivery logistics.

  • Lalamove - For Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia

  • Boxleo - For Kenya and Uganda

  • Speedad - For Kenya, Uganda, Morocco and Egpyt

💡 You can make In-House Delivery or Third party delivery your default shipping method by clicking the tick box underneath the selected method.


📱 From DizLog Mobile App

  1. From POS Tool, tap More then go to Business Settings

  2. Choose the "🛍️ Online Store" option

  3. Select Shipping Methods

  4. Choose from the following methods:
