How to Transfer Stocks Across Multiple Locations

Transfer stocks between different branches

When you're running a business, the last thing you want to think about is tracking and inventory management.

However, setting up your business has a lot of moving parts, so it's important to keep track of everything that needs to be tracked.

This can be done with a centralized inventory management tool.


  1. Click the arrow besides "Inventory Management" from left pane

  2. From the dropdown menu, choose "Transfer Stock"

  3. On the right panel of the page, search for the item you would like to edit

    1. You can search by Name of the product or by SKU

  4. You can also Filter by Location, Product Type, and Category.

  5. Sort By Created Date ( Newest first ) Created Date ( Oldest first ) Name ( A-Z ) Name (Z-A) Price ( Low - High ) Price ( High - Low )

  6. Once you find the product/item, click on it.

  7. To transfer the stocks, fill in the following details:

    1. Transfer Source- Choose a location where current supplies are available.

    2. Transfer Destination - Choose the location to which you wish to transfer the stocks.

    3. Source Stock - A total stock on hand from the source location

    4. Destination Stock - Enter the amount that will be deducted from the source location to be transferred to the destination

    5. Transfer Qty - Specify the value or number of items to be transferred.

    6. Transfer Date - Specify the date when to transfer the stock from Source to Destination location.

  8. Once done, click "Save" button in the bottom right corner to save changes.

    Please check adjust stock page to review the transfer transaction and if ever you need to change the pricing you may do so under Adjust stock page.

  1. Tap Dizlog Mobile Web App page.

  2. Go to Inventory / Catalog and tap "Transfer Stock" .

  3. Fill in the blanks with the following information:

    1. Transfer Source- Choose a location where current supplies are available.

    2. Transfer Destination - Choose the location to which you wish to transfer the stocks.

    3. Transfer Qty - specify the value or number of items to be transferred.

    4. Transfer Date - Specify the date when to transfer the stock from Source to Destination.

  4. Once done, tap "Save" button in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
