How can Employees Submit Time Tracking With Activities

Allows employees to submit time tracking with activities.

This feature enables businesses to track the time employees spend on different projects and activities, providing a detailed record of employee work hours.

Submitting timetracking with activities is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps.

Choose which feature you are using:

⚠️ Before employees may submit timetracking, confirm that you have provided them their personal login information for the Dizlog app and that they are utilizing the supplied login. Check out this article to discover how to grant access to employees.

  1. Open Dizlog web app - https://web.dizlog.com/

  2. Login using provided employee access.

  3. Click on "My Profile" on the left pane menu.

  4. From the option on the right window, choose the "Time Tracking" tab.

  5. Ensure to toggle on "Manually add time tracking" option

  6. Click on the "➕Time Tracking" button at the right part.

  7. On pop-up window, add the following details:

    1. Date - Choose the work date

    2. Attendance Type - Choose from options: Present, Absent, Paid Holiday, Unpaid

    3. Activities - Enter work details

    4. Work hours - Enter the number of regular worked hours

    5. OT Type - If overtime has been done, choose from options: Regular, Weekend, Holiday, Night Shift

    6. OT Hours - Enter the number of hours worked as overtime

    7. Late Hours - If late, enter the number of late hours

  8. Click on "Create New" button to save your time tracking

  2. Click on HRMS App from the landing page.

  3. Select "Timetracking" at the bottom of the page

  4. On the timesheet screen, click on "➕ Time Tracking " button

  5. Add the following details:

    1. Date - Choose the work date

    2. Attendance Type - Choose from options: Present, Absent, Paid Holiday, Unpaid

    3. Activities - Enter work details

    4. Work hours - Enter the number of regular worked hours

    5. OT Type - If overtime has been done, choose from options: Regular, Weekend, Holiday, Night Shift

  6. Click on "Save Timesheet" button to save your time tracking
