How To Create a New Category for your F & B Service

You can add inventory categories using the Stock/Catalog app tool. Categories are mostly used to organize your items/services and make it easier for your customers to explore based on a classification.

Choose which feature you are using:

  1. Choose the "📦 Product/Services" option from the left pane under Inventory / Catalog.

  2. Select " ➕ Add Items "

  3. Click on "Add/Edit Category"

  4. Fill out the following details:

    • Inventory Type: choose "F&B Service".

    • Category Name: This is the classification that will appear in your catalog.

    • Visible on Catalog: toggle this to determine whether or not the category will be displayed in your POS Business Catalog.

      💡 You can also add a photo for your category to easily identify it from your catalog/invetory.

  5. Click the "Save" button to create the new category.

  1. From home page, tap Inventory/Catalog

  2. Select "Add New Item/Services" then "Add/Edit Category"

  3. Fill out the following details:

    • Inventory Type: choose "F&B Menu".

    • Category: This is the classification that will appear in your catalog.

    • Visible on Catalog: toggle this to determine whether or not the category will be displayed in your catalog.

  4. Click the "Save" button.
