Dizlog new features allows you to delete Employee or made Employee access inactive from the system.
There are several reasons why you might need to delete an employee from records in a POS system such as:
Employee separation
Data protection and privacy
Access control
Data cleanliness and organization
Compliance with data retention policies
System performance
Choose which feature you are using:
Click Employees dropdown list and click on HRMS
Click the delete icon across employee name you wish to delete.
A popup notification to validate the action you want to make.
Click on Delete.
Notification will popup Employee status has been set to inactive
Employee data will remain to the system, simply click on Employee Status dropdown to select Inactive, the the lists of inactive employees will be shown.
Select Payroll from the landing page
Tap the delete icon across employee name you wish to delete.
A popup notification to validate the action you want to make.
Tap on Delete.
Notification will popup Employee status has been set to inactive
Employee data will remain in the system, simply tap on the ID icon to select Inactive, and the lists of inactive employees will be shown.
