In today's fast-paced world, keeping track of appointments and commitments can be a real challenge. Fortunately, DizLog offers solutions to help you stay organized and on top of your schedule.

How to Enable Send Automatic Appointment Reminders:

  1. Click Settings dropdown list from the left pane of the screen and Click on POS Settings

  2. Toggle on Send Appointment Reminder ( enter preferred number of days ) before appointment date

    💡You may enter a custom number of days the customer should receive the email before the customer's pay later due date.

  3. Process an appointment from POS.

  4. Aside from printing receipt sending via email and phone number is now added from this screen, just provide email or phone number

  5. Right under Order Management, you will be able to track the appointment same goes with customers who booked the schedule that will receive an automatic appointment schedule day/days before the actual appointment to help them be reminded of their appointment.

    💡In the order above the appointment schedule is on 28 August 2023, Customers should receive an appointment reminder to their registered email address 1 day before the actual appointment date which is 28 July August 2023.
