With Dizlog Employee Settings feature you can now easily manage employee time tracking, payroll settings, pay items, employee roles & permissions.
Time Tracking
From the left pane of the dashboard click on "Settings" and click "Employees"
Under "Time Tracking"
Employee Attendance Option: Choose how you would like employees to mark their attendance present from options below:
Mark present by default (Auto Attendance): Timesheets are auto generated daily. Details show the next working day upon initial employee setup
QR Code Enabled: Employees submit attendance by scanning QR code
💡 QR Code may be send to Employees via Email, Saving code to device, and printing the code.
Submit attendance with location: Employee's location must be 300m radius from the business location
Submit attendance with selfie and location:
Click "Update" once done
Payroll Settings
From the left pane of the dashboard click on "Settings" and click "Employees"
Under "Payroll Settings"
There are two selections on how to Calculate an Employee's Monthly Salary:
a. Actual days in a month.
b. Organization working days.
You can select Pay schedule for your Employees. Settings have Monthly, Daily, Weekly and Fortnight.
Click Update to Save changes.
Pay Item
Employee Earnings can include:
Salary or wages, Overtime pay, Bonuses, Commissions, Benefits.
You can Add the type of Earnings available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Earnings.
a. Click + Add Earnings.
b. Enter Earning type :
c. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.
d. Enter Amount in Fixed.
e. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.
f. Enter Amount in Percentage %.
g.. Click Add Earnings to Save.
h. The Earnings created will be showing as these.
g. You can edit or delete the created Earnings by Clicking pencil icon ✎ to edit, or clicking trash icon to delete.
2. Employee Pay Deductions may varies from:
State income tax, Social Security tax, or even Medical Deductions.
You can Add the type of Deduction by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Deductions.
a. Click + Add Deductions.
b. Enter Deduction Type :
c. You have an option to show deduction on payslip, toggle off if wish to not to show.
d. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.
e. Enter Amount in Fixed.
f. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fornightly, Quarterly and Annual.
g. Enter Amount in Percentage %.
h. Click Add Deductions to Save.
i. The Earnings created will be showing as these.
g. You can edit or delete the created Earnings by Clicking pencil icon ✎ to edit, or clicking trash icon to delete.
3. Reimbursements
You can Add the type of Reimbursement available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Reimbursements.
a. Click + Add Reimbursements.
b. Enter Reimbursements Type :
c. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.
d. Enter Amount and Maximum amount in Fixed.
e. Fixed percentage % of a pay item.
f. Click Add Reimbursement to Save.
4. Loans
You can Add loan available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Loans.
a. Click +Add Loans
b. Select Employee for the loan
c. Enter Loan Amount
d. Deduction Frequency
e. Select Loan Term
f. Loan Description
Click "Save"
Roles & Permissions
From the left pane of the dashboard click on "Settings" and click "Employees"
Navigate to click "Roles & Permissions"
Click "+ Add Role"
Enter required details below to create a new role
Role Name: Provide role
Select permissions by ticking the tix boxes
Click "Save" once done
