Manage Employees Pay Item in Payroll

With Dizlog Pay Item feature you can easily manage your Employee Earnings, Deductions, Reimbursements and Manage Loans for Payroll.

How to Manage Employee Earnings, Deductions, and Reimbursements

Employee Earnings can include:

  • Salary or wages, Overtime pay, Bonuses, Commissions, Benefits.

You can Add the type of Earnings available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Earnings.

a. Click + Add Earnings.

b. Enter Earning type :

c. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

d. Enter Amount in Fixed.

e. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

f. Enter Amount in Percentage %.

g.. Click Add Earnings to Save.

h. The Earnings created will be showing as these.

g. You can edit or delete the created Earnings by Clicking pencil icon ✎ to edit, or clicking trash icon to delete.

2. Employee Pay Deductions may varies from:

  • State income tax, Social Security tax, or even Medical Deductions.

You can Add the type of Deduction by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Deductions.

a. Click + Add Deductions.

b. Enter Deduction Type :

c. You have an option to show deduction on payslip, toggle off if wish to not to show.

d. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

e. Enter Amount in Fixed.

f. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fornightly, Quarterly and Annual.

g. Enter Amount in Percentage %.

h. Click Add Deductions to Save.

i. The Earnings created will be showing as these.

g. You can edit or delete the created Earnings by Clicking pencil icon ✎ to edit, or clicking trash icon to delete.

3. Reimbursements

You can Add the type of Reimbursement available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Reimbursements.

a. Click + Add Reimbursements.

b. Enter Reimbursements Type :

c. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

d. Enter Amount and Maximum amount in Fixed.

e. Fixed percentage % of a pay item.

f. Click Add Reimbursement to Save.

4. Loans

You can Add loan available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Loans.

a. Click +Add Loans

b. Select Employee for the loan

c. Enter Loan Amount

d. Deduction Frequency

e. Select Loan Term

f. Loan Description

Click "Save"

You can Add the type of Earnings available for an Employee by Tapping More from Homepage, tap > going to right > Tap 3 lines icons from the right top corner of the app, tap Settings and select Employees.

You can Add the type of Earnings available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Earnings.

a. Click + Add Earnings.

b. Enter Earning type :

c. Select Calculation Type from e. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

d. Enter Amount in Percentage %.

OR

e. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

f. Enter Amount in Fixed.

g. Tap Add Earnings.

You can also Add the type of Deductions available for an Employee by going to Pay Item under Employee Settings and Manage Deductions.

a. Click + Add Deductions.

b. Enter Deduction type :

c. You have an option to show deduction on payslip, toggle off if wish to not to show.

d. Select if Deduction type is Mandatory or Optional.

e. Select Calculation Type from Fixed Amount per pay period select from Weekly, Monthly, Fortnightly, Quarterly and Annual.

f. Enter Amount in Fixed.

OR

g. Fixed percentage % of a pay item select from Weekly, Monthly, Fornightly, Quarterly and Annual.

h. Enter Amount in Percentage %.

i. Tap Add Deductions to Save.
