Learn how to Access POS Sales using Employee account

How to Clock In and Clock out from POS

  1. Using a chrome browser, visit web.dizlog.com and click enter.

  2. Enter Email address and Password and click sign in.

  3. Enter PIN to Login, Clock In and Clock Out

  4. Once PIN is entered it will automatically Clock In Employee and show the POS Sales to start selling

  5. Click on "Confirm" and a Success Message will show as Employee clocked in

  6. Click "Open Register"

  7. Opening of Cash Register assigned to employee will popup Opening Cash Register.

  8. Enter an Opening Amount (optional)

  9. Click "Open Register"

  10. A notification popup that the cash register has been opened beside employee name

  11. An employee can now start selling

How to Process a Sale for Variant Products

  1. Variant Products

    a. Click/Scan a Product

    b. Click which Variant Type is being ordered and increase or decrease Qty by clicking on (-) or (+) icon

    c. once done managing order click "Add to Cart"

    d. Once done click "Charge"

    💡 Quick Access View

    e. Select Payment Method, Discounts (if applicable) and Rewards (if applicable)

    f. By clicking "Enter Other Amount" it will let you enter the cash received from customer

    g. Click "Confirm"

    h. Click "Checkout with amount"

How to Apply Discount Codes

  1. Once all ordered items have been added to cart click "Charge"

  2. Select "Discount Code" by clicking on Tick box

  3. Then Click "Select" to apply

  4. A discount code has been applied to cart displaying as "Total Discount : Amount"

  5. Once discount applied go back to "Other Payments tab" to Checkout

  6. Click "Checkout : Amount"

How to Apply Manual Price and Custom Discount

💡 Manual Price

  1. Easily apply Manual Price

  2. Enter a Manual Price 💡 The Manual Price will apply each single qty

    💡 For Example I have ordered 5 French Fries with Original Pricing of 80php and a Manual price for this item entered as 50php

    it will become 80x5 = 400 to 50x5 = 250 Manual Price Total Amount

  3. Click "Save"

  4. Manual Price and Custom Discount usually needs a "Owner PIN" once applied correctly the manual price will show

  5. Click "Charge"

💡 Custom Discount

  1. Easily apply Custom Discount , click the item from Cart

    💡 since we are only clicking one item the manual discount will only apply to the selected item and not whole transactions/other items in cart

  2. Enter how many percentage the discount will be

  3. Then Click "Save"

  4. Enter "Owner PIN" again to apply Manual Discount"

  5. And it will apply the manual discount showing in popup notification

  6. Click "Charge" to complete transaction

How to Review Sales and Close Register

  1. Click 3 Lines icons to Close Register click "Close Register"

  2. Prior Closing Cash Register you may click "Print X Report" to review sales you have done during business hours

  3. Once done click "Back" to close register

  4. Click "Close Register"

    💡 When closing register, it is mandatory to also clock out every Employee that were logged in to the "Closing Cash Register"

  5. Click "Clock Out and Close Register" to continue closing.
