How to View BIR Reports in Dizlog

Dizlog provides several types of BIR-compliant reports to help you monitor and manage your sales, including Z Reading, X Reading, Monthly Sales Summary, and Daily Sales Summary. This guide will show you how to access and generate these reports.

Types of BIR Reports

  1. Z Reading – End-of-day sales report that resets the sales total. Typically required for daily reporting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

  2. X Reading – Interim sales report that shows current sales totals without resetting them. Useful for checking sales progress.

  3. Monthly Sales Summary – Consolidated summary of all sales transactions for the month.

  4. Daily Sales Summary – Detailed breakdown of all sales transactions for a specific day.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to Dizlog

  1. Open the Dizlog web portal.

  2. Log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Access the Reports Section

  1. From the menu, go to Reports > POS Reports

  2. Under the BIR Reports section, you’ll see the available report types:

    • Z Reading

    • X Reading

    • Monthly Sales Summary

    • Daily Sales Summary


How to Generate Each Reports?

  1. Click the report you would like to generate.

  2. Select the cash register and the Date range you need

  3. Each report should have print options for you to be able to export data
