Overview
This guide explains how to set whether a product is available in the POS (in-store sales), the Online Store, or both.
Who is this for?
- Cashiers – so only the correct items appear in POS.
- Owners/Managers – to decide which products appear online vs in-store.
- Staff handling Online Orders – to ensure customers only see available products.
Step 1: Open Products & Services
From the left-hand menu, go to:
Products & Services > Items List
Step 2: Select the Product
• Use the search bar or scroll to find the product.
• Click View & Edit.
Step 3: Go to Sales Information Tab
Inside the product details, click the Sales Information tab.
Here you will see the Channel Visibility toggles at the bottom.
Step 4: Set Channel Visibility
Under Total stock in all locations, toggle the switches:
- Available on POS → Product will show in your in-store POS.
- Available on Online Store → Product will show in your online store.
- You can enable both if you want the item to appear in both channels.
Step 5: Save Changes
Click Save (top-right) to apply updates.
💡 Additional Tips
- Disable Online Store for products that can’t be delivered/shipped.
- Disable POS for online-exclusive promos.
- Double-check changes by previewing in POS or Online Store after saving.
