This guide explains how employees and managers can manage daily attendance and timesheets within DizLog HRMS.
You’ll learn how to:
Clock in and clock out using the Submit Attendance module.
View and submit timesheets for review.
Approve or reject attendance records.
Export HRMS reports for payroll and audit purposes.
2️⃣ User Roles & Permissions

3️⃣ Clock In / Clock Out
Purpose: To record daily attendance, including timestamp and photo verification.
🧭 Steps for Employees:
Go to 📍 Submit Attendance from the left menu.
Select your name from the dropdown list.
The current time will automatically display on screen.
Enter your 4-digit PIN to verify your identity.
Click Clock In to start your shift.
When your shift ends, return to the same page and select Clock Out.
The system will capture your photo automatically for attendance validation.
📸 Note: Please ensure camera permissions are enabled on your device for successful attendance capture.
4️⃣ Submit Timesheets
Purpose: To review daily attendance and submit for approval.
🧭 Steps for Employees:
Navigate to HRMS → Employee → Time Tracking.
Set the Date Range (e.g., Today, This Week, or Custom Dates).
Review your Time In / Time Out / Total Hours.
Click View/Edit beside your entry if corrections are needed.
Once all entries are verified, click Submit to send for approval.
💡 Tip: If your latest clock-in is missing, try adjusting the filter to “This Week” — some entries may not show under “Today” due to sync timing.
5️⃣ Approve or Reject Timesheets
Purpose: For managers and HR officers to validate or correct submitted timesheets.
🧭 Steps for Managers / HR:
Go to HRMS → Employee → Time Tracking.
Filter the date range, employee, or location.
Review entries marked Pending in the Status column.
Click View/Edit to see details such as time logs, total hours, and photo.
Click the ⋮ Action menu and select:
✅ Approve — confirms and locks the entry.
❌ Reject — sends it back to the employee for correction.
🗑️ Delete — removes duplicates or invalid entries.
⚠️ Note: Only approved timesheets are reflected in payroll and attendance summaries.
6️⃣ Download HRMS Report
Purpose: To generate an overview of attendance and timesheet data for record-keeping or payroll processing.
🧭 Steps for HR / Admin:
Open HRMS → Employee → Time Tracking.
Set the desired Start Date and End Date.
Click 📄 Download HRMS Report (top right corner).
The system will generate a downloadable file containing attendance summaries.
7️⃣ Common Issues & Tips
