How to Resolve Settings Not Saving in Dizlog

If your settings aren’t saving in Dizlog, the most common reason is that required fields are left blank. Follow these steps to ensure all required information is completed.

Updated over a month ago

1. Review the Settings Form

After entering your details, look through the form carefully.

2. Identify Required Fields

  • Required fields are usually marked with an asterisk (*) or highlighted.

  • If a field is empty, the system will not allow you to save your settings.

3. Fill In All Required Information

  • Enter valid details in each required field.

  • Double-check dropdown selections, text fields, and checkboxes.

4. Correct Invalid Entries

If a field shows an error message, update the input according to the instructions. For example, ensure email addresses are in the correct format.

5. Save Again

Once all required fields are filled correctly, click Save. Your settings should now update successfully.

6. Contact Support if Issue Persists

If settings still don’t save after completing all required fields, reach out to Dizlog Support for further assistance.
