How to View Accounts Receivable in DizLog

The Accounts Receivable feature in DizLog helps you monitor customer payments, track outstanding balances, and manage collections efficiently.

Step 1: Access the Accounting Module

  • Once logged in, go to the left side panel and select Accounting.

Step 2: Open Accounts Receivable Summary

  • Click Accounts Receivable Summary to view a general overview of customer balances.

Step 3: Review Accounts Receivable Summary

  • The summary provides key information such as:

    • Total receivables

    • Due dates

    • Payment statuses

  • This gives you a quick snapshot of how much money your business is expected to collect.

Step 4: Open Accounts Receivable Details

  • Click Accounts Receivable Detail for a deeper view of individual customer transactions.

Step 5: Review Accounts Receivable Details

  • The detail view displays:

    • Invoices and references

    • Payment history

    • Credits or adjustments

    • Outstanding amounts

  • This helps you track collections accurately and maintain strong cash flow.

Tip: Use both the Summary and Detail views together to keep customer payments up to date and ensure clear visibility of receivables across all accounts.
