How do I Customize Receipt?

Select the fields you want to show and customize messages you want to tell your customers after their purchase or appointment.

DizLog allows you to personalize your receipts with a range of choices.

To manage receipt display option:


💻 From DizLog Web App

  1. From the left pane menu, select Settings and choose POS Settings

  2. Click on Receipt Settings

  3. Toggle on options you want to show on your receipts.

    1. Barcode – displays the Order ID of the item purchased

    2. Order note – displays the order note of the customer

    3. Customer information – displays the customer’s name

    4. Location address – display’s the customer’s location

    5. Phone number- display’s the customer’s phone number

    6. Message - A customized thank you message for the purchased.

  4. Select also the following additional details if you wish to have these displayed on your receipt

    1. Show business hours

    2. Show logo

    3. Show tax pin

  5. You can also customize the message on your receipts through the Receipt Message field.

  6. To complete the update, click the Save button.

💡 To restore receipt preview to its original settings, click on Reset button.


📱 From DizLog Mobile App

To access the receipt preview settings, go to Application Settings from POS' More menu and choose Receipt. Toggle on options you want to show on your receipts.

  1. Barcode – displays the SKU of the item purchased

  2. Order note – displays the order note of the customer

  3. Customer information – displays the customer’s name

  4. Location address – display’s the customer’s location

  5. Phone number- display’s the customer’s phone number

You can also customize the message on your receipts through the Receipt Message field.
