The Dizlog Employee Portal simplifies the process of submitting leave requests and claims, ensuring quick and efficient approvals. Follow the steps below to successfully submit your requests:
Access the My Tasks Menu
Navigate to the My Tasks section on the left pane menu.
💡 If you have access to POS feature, you may open the left panel menu by click on the ☰ icon the upper left corner of the page.
Open Request Approvals
Under My Tasks, select Request Approvals.
Choose Between Leave and Claims
The Request Approvals page contains two tabs:
Leave: For submitting leave requests.
Claims: For filing expense claims.
Submit a Leave Request
Click the Request Leave button.
Enter all the required information, such as leave type, dates, and reason for the leave.
Review the details and click Submit.
Submit a Claim
Click the Submit Claim button.
Provide the necessary details, including claim type, amount, and any required supporting documentation.
Confirm the information and click Submit.
Track Your Requests
Once submitted, your leave and claim requests will appear in their respective tabs.
Each entry will display key details, including the request type, submission date, and current status.
The Status column will update automatically as your employer reviews and processes the request.
