The Dizlog app provides employees with a range of features designed to streamline tasks and improve access to important information. Here’s a comprehensive overview of the key functionalities available in an employee account:

Login thru:

💡 You should receive an email for your login credentials. Please ask your manager/supervisor for the email address they have used to register your account.


Once login, you should be able to see all features available based on your role on the left pane menu.

On this article we will be focusing on My Tasks feature/page. This will help you understand how you can access your personal information, submit attendance, filling leave and claims and reviewing your payslips.

My Tasks

The My Tasks panel serves as a hub for managing essential responsibilities. It provides access to the following features:

  1. Employee Profiles: View and manage personal and professional details of employees under your purview.

  2. Attendance/Leave: Track attendance records and leave balances to stay informed about your working hours and time off.

  3. Claims: Monitor and process any claims filed, ensuring a seamless reimbursement process.

💡 If you have access to POS feature, you may open the left panel menu by click on the icon the upper left corner of the page.

My Profile

The My Profile section allows employees to view and update their personal details. Key features include:

  1. Staff Details Tab: Access and update information such as your contact details and other essential data.

  2. Email Address: This is the userId or email address you will receive your payslips or other information

  3. POS PIN: Retrieve your Point of Sale (POS) PIN for secure access to specific functionalities.

  4. Employment Details: See other employee details such as your address, start date and more

  5. Work Locations: See the location/stores you are currently assigned to.

  6. Role Details: Review the role your employer assigned you to.

  7. Payslips: Generate and download available payslips

Submit Attendance

Logging your daily attendance is quick and convenient through the Submit Attendance feature. This ensures accurate tracking of working hours and compliance with company policies.

  1. Clock In: Displays the time you begin your shift by logging in.

  2. Hours Worked: Tracks the total hours worked, calculated from the clock-in time to the current time.

  3. Clock Out: Records the time you log out at the end of your shift.

  4. PIN / Attendance: Use your unique PIN to securely clock in or clock out.

Request Page

The Request page is your go-to location for managing leave and claims. Here’s what you can do:

  • File Leave Requests: Submit leave applications with relevant details for manager approval.

  • Submit Claims: File expense claims efficiently, complete with necessary documentation.
