How to Manage Shifts in Payroll?

Learn how to view, add and update employee shift details through the Payroll app.

To access the Shift dashboard, tap on the Shift tab. This screen shows current shift schedules of all employees. To filter shift schedules assigned to a certain employee, simply filter the employee’s name.

To add a new shift schedule

  1. tap on + Add Shift button

  2. Enter shift details, add an employee to be assigned on the shift and tap on Create Shift to save.

To update shift details

  1. Simply tap on the shift schedule. Edit the shift details and tap on the Update button to save.

Employee shift details will also be seen in employee’s shift dashboard when signed in to the application.
