The receivables report on your POS can help you get a clear overview of how much money your customers owe you, and when it's due.

To view the Receivables report, navigate the left panel dashboard and select POS, choose POS Report

The Receivables section is divided into two: the Pay Later Sales Order Summary and the Pay Later Sales Order Details.

The Pay Later Sales Order Summary gives you an overview of all the orders that customers have made and still need to pay for. You can see the customer's name, transaction date, order ID, due date, total amount, and balance.

The Pay Later Sales Order Details report goes even further, providing you with a breakdown of each individual order. You can see the customer's name, order date, order ID number, item name, item price, quantity ordered, any discounts applied, and the total amount.

  1. Go to POS > Select location > Open Register > Click More tab > Reports > Receivable.
