Efficient employee management is key to the success of any business. Dizlog's feature on how to use a PIN to log into the point-of-sale (POS) system simplifies employee management and makes clocking in and out of the POS a breeze.
By assigning unique PINs to each employee, businesses can ensure that only authorized personnel can access the POS and track their time and attendance accurately.
Here's how to use PIN to log into POS using the Dizlog system:
Once an employee has been added to the employee management system, they will be provided with a unique PIN to use when logging into the POS.
The PIN can be found in the employee's profile and can also be provided by the employer through the HRMS.
To log into the POS, the employee enters their PIN using the POS screen's number pad.
Once they enter the PIN, the employee is automatically clocked in and the POS will start recording their time and attendance.
When the employee is ready to clock out, they simply enter their PIN again, and the POS will stop recording their time and attendance.
