As businesses grow and expand, having multiple employees accessing the point-of-sale (POS) system becomes a necessity. That's why Dizlog has introduced a new feature that allows for multiple users to access the POS system using a PIN, making it easier for businesses to manage their operations.

Here's how multiple users can access the POS with a PIN in the Dizlog system:

How Multiple Employees Can Access POS with PIN

  1. Enable Pin in POS by going to Settings > POS Settings then toggle Required Pin in POS. Don't forget to click SAVE after.

  2. Employees are added to the employee management system, where they can be given access to use the POS.

  3. In their profile, employees will be provided with a unique PIN that they can use to access the POS system.

Employers can provide the PIN to employees through HRMS, staff details, and user pins, while employees can access their PIN in their profile in the staff details section.
