Tax exempt means that a particular item or transaction is not subject to taxation, which means that no tax will be added to the price of the item or transaction. This can happen for various reasons, such as if the buyer is exempt from taxes due to their status, or if the item being sold is exempt from taxes by law.
Tax included in price, on the other hand, means that the price of an item already includes the applicable taxes. This is often the case in countries where sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) is imposed on goods and services. In such countries, the price tag of an item will often indicate the final price that the buyer needs to pay, inclusive of all taxes.
