The ability to change the sequence of categories in a point of sale system can be useful for businesses that want to customize the layout of their products and make it more user-friendly for customers.
For example, if a store sells a wide variety of products such as clothing, electronics, and home goods, they may want to organize their categories based on how customers typically navigate the store. This could mean placing the most popular categories, such as clothing, at the front of the store, and grouping similar categories together.
